Yes, we come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and tools for cleaning your home, so there’s no need for you to supply anything.

Do you offer one-time cleaning services, or do you require long-term commitments?

We provide flexible cleaning options to suit your needs. Many of our customers choose weekly cleaning on a consistent schedule, but we also offer bi-weekly or less frequent cleanings. Additionally, we cater to special occasions.

How many team members will be present during each cleaning at my residence?

Local Merry Maids® offices can dispatch a team of one, two, or three members for home cleaning services. We aim to tailor our services to fit the specific requirements of our clients while also fostering career growth opportunities for our team members. We will collaborate with you to ensure you are informed about the number of personnel that will be in your home. We recognize the privacy of your home and value the trust you extend to us by allowing us into your personal space.

If I sign up for long-term service, will the same person be in my home each time?

We make every effort to ensure that we keep the same team who serves your home cleans during each visit. If a member of the team changes, our office staff contacts you beforehand to learn if you prefer someone other than your regular cleaning professional or would rather change your scheduled day so your favorite team member can clean.

What time will you be at my home?

If you prefer our team to arrive at your home at a specific time, we suggest scheduling our services either early in the morning or later in the day. Throughout the day, factors such as traffic or additional requests from clients can cause delays. For appointments set in the middle of the day, we will provide a timeframe for when you can expect us.

In some areas, we also offer the convenience of dispatch notifications through our Team Mobility feature. This service keeps you informed about your upcoming appointments and lets you know when our team is en route. Additionally, it provides details about the cleaning professionals attending to your home and allows you to track their progress towards your location.

Do you inspect houses after each cleaning?

Our Quality Control Inspectors regularly evaluate our teams. They might visit your home following the team’s departure. These inspections are conducted by The Cleaning Authority to maintain the highest quality standards in our house cleaning services.
