Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed to clean your home. There is no need for you to provide any supplies.
Do you offer one-time cleanings, or do I need to commit to a long-term service?
We offer flexible scheduling options. While most customers prefer weekly cleanings, we also provide services every other week or less frequently, as well as one-time cleanings for special occasions.
How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
The number of team members sent to clean a home can vary. Typically, our local offices send one to three people, depending on your needs and our goals to provide career advancement opportunities for our team members. We ensure to communicate clearly with you about how many people will be present.
If I sign up for long-term service, will the same person clean my home each time?
We strive to maintain consistency by assigning the same team to your home for each visit. If changes occur, our office staff will contact you to discuss preferences or rescheduling options.
What time will you be at my home?
To accommodate specific time requests, we suggest booking at the beginning or the end of the day. For midday services, we provide a time window due to potential delays such as traffic. We also offer dispatch notifications and tracking options through our Team Mobility feature for updates on our arrival.
Will my house be inspected after every clean?
Our Quality Control Inspectors regularly check the cleaning quality after our teams have finished. They may inspect your home to ensure that our high standards are met consistently.
